Benefits of Business Car Leasing
Business car leasing helps to control the business monthly motoring expenses by offering a fixed monthly payment for the agreed term of the business car lease.
If your business is VAT registered, you can benefit from tax breaks on your business car lease. This means you’ll be able to claim 50% of the VAT back on your initial and monthly payments. If the leased car is used exclusively for business use, then 100% VAT payable can be reclaimed. In any event, 100% of the VAT charged on any maintenance payment is reclaimable. As the costs for business contract hire are fixed at the outset of the agreement, this means that the risk of vehicle depreciation is taken away completely. In addition if a maintenance contract is included this provides protection from inflation as the rentals are once more fixed for the full contract period.
